Open invitation to come meet, chitchat and get to know the work I do in the space of personal and intergenerational trauma.

Tomorrow at Trimurti Garden, lower Dharamkot between 11:30 am and 1:30 pm.

💠 16th to 20th September (Saturday to Wednesday)
💠 10:30 am to 1:30 pm

🪷 Day 1: Sacral Chakra Breathwork – Unwinding the spine and activating the vagus nerve to unlock creativity and connect with pleasure in a healthy way.

🪷 Day 2: Sacral Constellation – Addressing personal and intergenerational trauma that you may be aware of, or are unknowing carrying in your sacral/pelvic region.

🪷 Day 3: Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises – Working towards re-establishing safety in the body by understanding your nervous system as we release stored stress in the fascia muscles.

🪷 Day 4: Soul Retrieval & Rebirthing Breathwork – A sacred process to bring back a fragmented part of your soul.

🪷 Day 5: Masculine & Feminine Integration – Bringing into balance grounding & flow, mind & heart, clearing the path to embody the healthy masculine and feminine.
